I generally enjoy this developer’s games, but the problems are hard to ignore. Matchmaking for rated games is painfully slow and can take 10 minutes or more to find players at a similar level. Worse, if you log out and forget your password, you’re effectively locked out forever. The password reset feature does not work in any of the apps. Multiple requests, zero responses. Paying for ad-free access only to be locked out would be unacceptable. These issues seriously hurt the experience.

Matchmaking depends on a number of players and time of day or night. Sometimes you have to drop to lower groups to find the game quickly. The problem with passwords recovery seems to be resolved. Sorry about that.

ONE OBVIOUS ISSUE This is a well put together game and online play is fun. However, regardless of what KARMAN says, the deals are not random after a while. You'll have a long winning streak and then a loooooong losing streak. If you put the game down for a month or two, you're almost guaranteed to go back to a winning streak. KARMAN, if you didn't create the program for your random shuffle, I would look into a different one. I'm not even close to being the only one that noticed this issue.

We use a random shuffling and do not load the deal in any way. Try reading the reviews for ANY euchre game. Now, is it possible that no developer ever managed to make a fair random shuffling? Not likely.

The game is fun, the dealing system needs work. This is a known issue amongst players. The devs say they don't stack the deck. This might be true, but then it's the dealing system that needs fixed. I play a lot of euchre IRL, and no where near the loners and long steaks with cards you can't do a thing with while the other team goes alone every other hand. Also, I have several accounts at 100, which is the max you can get. @ Developers, why limit the ceiling for ratings? Yahoo euchre didn't.
